Altdorf - Detail conception and infrastructure planning can start on the grounds of Werkmatt Uri: Cantonal Minister Urban Camenzind signed the building rights agreement for two construction areas on January 25. The canton and project developers now plan to start with multifunctional development on these sites.
Industry leaders join vertical farming startup Yasai
Zurich/Basel - The Bell Food Group has invested in the vertical farming startup Yasai. The startup’s Board of Directors is being fortified by the CEO of Bell Food Lorenz Wyss and the second new investor, Theo Stolze. He is a former shareholder of the Stolze Group, which specializes in tailored, technical solutions for greenhouse systems.
Properti raises 10 million Swiss francs
Zurich - Properti has received a total of 10 million francs from investors over the past 12 months. The proptech from the Greater Zurich Area was also able to bring on board a new backer in PostFinance Ventures. The proceeds will be used to develop its Propchain platform.
IMC acquires Tensor Technologies
Zug/Amsterdam - IMC, one of the world’s most active proprietary trading firms headquartered in the Dutch capital of Amsterdam, has acquired the fintech company Tensor Technologies from the Greater Zurich Area. The high-frequency trading company and developer of trading software and algorithms will in future operate under the name of IMC Zug AG.
