YMC acquires ETH spin-off
Zurich/Kyoto – Japanese pharma supplier YMC is acquiring ChromaCon AG. The spin-off from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH) develops and commercializes equipment for laboratories and industry. The existing employees will be retained.

Zurich – The e-government specialist Procivis is joining forces with Skribble. The plan is to integrate legally binding electronic signatures into the eID+ platform for digital identification from Procivis. This will make it possible to sign documents on a mobile phone.
